My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Anyone know what the best darn carpet cleaner is out there? I think I need to buy a new carpet cleaner. After this last week of my pug lexie having an upset tummy and runny poo's and not making it outside......well I don't think mine is working up to par. I had to go over the spots by HAND after word! This one is only 1 year old? Maybe? I think I need to invest in the best out there. Anyone know which steam carpet cleaner is the best??? |

| I have a Bissell QuickSteamer and I LOVE it. Its an upright so I can clean a whole room if I want/need to, but its light enough and easy enough to use that I can also spot clean with it.

| I had a Hoover Steam Vac for several years that I really liked. It recently died, so I bought the Bissell Proheat 2x. I love this machine even more. I like the turbo brush attachment for stairs, furniture and smaller areas. I think the suction in this machine is very good.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I have the Bissel Proheat 2x, and I love it, I also have a small Bissel for stairs, and it's ten times as noisy as the big one. It's no harder than vacuuming and really does a great job, now that I have wood in the living and dining areas, I don't use it as often, but I think it does a better job than the professionals I've hired in the past.

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | I heard that worked good too. The only thing is I'd want to be able to do the whole carpet too. I think that is just for spots? But I hear you just set it and walk away and come back and your spot is gone! How sweet is that?! |

| I have the spot bot. I find it does not work as well as good old hand scrubbing. It works ok with fresh pee, but try cat barf, it does not work nearly as well for that even on the set in stain setting. The other issue is, if your carpets are somewhat soiled, the spot bot's cleaned circle will really stand out against the soiled carpet. The Bissel 2x has a great hand attachment with motorized brushes that does everything the spot bot can do, but you do have to attend it.

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | I guess I'm just looking for the BEST....one that I won't have to replace because this thing is getting my carpets the cleanest they could ever get. Plus have the best suction so I'm just not rubbing water into the carpet, ya know? Sometimes after I clean my carpets ....they smell like........... wet carpet |
