| Vacuum Cleaner Help!!! So I think my vacuum is about to die on me and I really need a new one. I've tried searching online, but there are soooo many different kinds. It feels like I'm going in circles. Can anyone recommend a decent one for under $100??? TIA!! |

| I have an Oreck!!! I LOVE my vacuum. It was actually a Christmas gift from my BF's mom! I almost took it back to exchange it for the pink version...but it was almost $100 more. It only weighs 8 pounds! I've heard they last forever. It does have a bag, but I actually prefer the bag over the bagless. The bagless vacuums are so messy!!! Just my opinion.

| I checked with the consumers guide to see what they recommend and it was the Kenmore Progressive. It's a wonderful vacuum, but I wish I had bought one that takes bags instead of a filter. The filters are expensive, and very messy to change, and you need to change them often. I've been just taking the filter out once in awhile and clean it off and use again. I wouldn't buy another one that doesn't take the bags. Bags are cheaper and so easy to take out and put in. |
