| P90X-the new craze I just started doing this new workout from home called the P90x...its a 90 day program...All you need is resistant excercise bands, yoga block and pullup bar....HOLY COW.....I am on my second day and I am dead.....okay not really but SOAR is not the word and I am taking Glutamine to help not be so soar...I do it all from home...Anyone tried it and lost weight....any hints tips, comments, suggestions....

| I have the original P90 but not the X version. I have never done it. The X version looks intense. Kudos to you. I'd love to try it, I really don't think I have the ability or room to do it in my apartment though. I also don't have the motivation/discipline to do it.

| My boyfriend came home with it one day and we started talking....we have been together for two years and yes we got the LOVE HANDLES....I have gained about 15 lbs since we have been together....and we thought hey what the heck lets get in shape together.....so we started it.

He said that it is easier if you start with lean version. recovery drink helps a lot and also good protein source( I mix organic hemp protein powder in his recovery drink) I blend fruit & veggie every morning in addition to the P90X diet suggestion as well and it helped him as well. ( try stick to organic diet) Hope you keep up the good work and post some pics!
