Donating YT 11K Club Member | My knee is killing me My left knee hurts like mad! I didn't bang it anywhere, i just woke up today and it is killing me! If i sit and try to get up it hurts like crazy to straighten it or if i am standing and try to sit down and bend it, it's a throbbing pain now spreading thru my leg. I took a tylenol but dont know what it could be and i have to work a double shift tom. that requires walking fast nonstop Does anyone know what this could be?

| I am so sorry! I have no idea - you weren't up sleep walking or doing some crazy gymnastics moves in your sleep were you? It;'s too bad you're suppose to work all day tomorrow, because I would say if it continues you should see a doctor. If there is inflammation in your leg, you might want to switch to Ibuprofen.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | It hurts right above the knee, like when you bend it, right above the knee bone. I feel liquid in it and feel pressure on the bone or something. Yesterday it was throbbing, i could feel it like thumping if that makes sense. It happened to me before 2 yrs ago, i went to the doctor and they didnt see anything wrong with me. It went away 3 days later and they gave me medicine. But now that the same thing is happening i am worried about it.

| Glucosamine 1500mg & Chondroitin 1200mg I Love walking in High Heels and also Step Aerobic exercise, but about 3 mo. ago something happened to my knee after exercising... My knee got real swollen, and felt very painful... I had to stop the step aerobics and rest my knee... I have an electrical Heating pad that relieved the pain tremendously, and I started taking this supplement called GLUCOSAMINE & CHONDROITIN This has worked wonders... I swear by this... Research this supplement, its absolutely wonderful... I also wear a support wrap when I exercise... My knee has gotten swollen here and there since the occurrence, and here in Miami, its really hard to stay off my knee... (Great Nightlife and Spectacular events) But like I expressed before, that supplement is fabulous!! It helps lubricate joints, rebuild cartilage, and reduce swelling!! |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | I'm not sure what it is girl, but I tell you, my knees hurt me soooo bad if I am on my feet too long. And I mean they hurt BAD. The ONLY thing that helps me is to take THREE Advil and rub my knees with Aspercreme (the one with NO scent, lol) - and sometimes soaking in a hot bath will work too, or a heating bad. My knees are just terrible and so are my legs...they are always hurting me, so I feel your pain, LITERALLY
