| Ive heard it on the radio and stuff. There is a clinic about 2 miles up the street from my work... but Im leary about it. They require once a month doctor checks with their doctors. That makes me nervous! Good Luck with it though!!!! It does sound like a dream diet! Let us know how the cookies actually taste!!!

| I reread the website and The smart for life cookie diet used to use Dr. Siegals cookies. They no longer have a relationship as of 2006. I looked into this back then 2 - 3 years ago. I called them and talked to a woman for awhile. After I finished talking to her, I felt VERY uncomfortable doing this 'diet' and never went. Not to mention it was going to cost a fortune, I had to have doctor checkup at their clinics once a month. No diet Ive EVER heard of do you need regular monthly exams! makes me wonder what the possible side effects and health risks there are with this diet. I think you should really rethink this decision. But if you go forward with it please be careful, listen to your body and heed any signs, symptoms or warnings it might be trying to tell you. Good Luck to you!

| Thanks everyone! We have a couple of people here at work doing a 'homemade version' - the cookies don't taste so bad, you eat 6 a day and also eat a small, healthy and balanced dinner, also drinking lots of water and taking a multi vitamin daily. We have someone here who lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks and feels great! So we are gonna try this method and see how we feel |
