| I'd take a deep breath and relax. All the invitees rarely show up. Of course, it is possible, but not likely! Hope all goes well.

| It'll be fine. It's not hard to make a bunch of kids happy - some good food and a few games and they'll be thrilled. Have fun and Happy Birthday to Trieden!!

| Ok. First off, take a deep breathe! Things will be fine. I've had over 20 kids here for various parties. I think the big thing is to have things planned for them to do to keep them occupied but don't be too rigid on having a set schedule. If they aren't all that excited about an activity just move on to the next. Good Luck! Things will be fine and it'll be over before you know it! |

YT Addict | I teach kindergarten and have 20 all day 5 days a week, you will survive. First thing you need to do is establish house rules and enforce them (make sure to tell the kids what theh rules are). No one will have a good time if things get out of control and you send them home or someone gets hurt playing too rough. Next, make sure some of the kids parents stay to help you. I never have a party at school without arranging for a couple of parents to stay and help both serve and clean up. Good parents won't have a problem doing this and out of 15 you should be able to get this. |

| Well, our weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow - just throw 'em all outside and turn the sprinklers on Just kidding - you'll be fine - boys are easy - just keep feeding 'em!

| I have a party story for you. All my nieces and nephews have their birthday and pool parties at my house. A couple of years ago, my sister thought it would be nice for all the kids to make scarecrows at the party. My sister had bought kids clothing from the thrift store, bought straw from the local farm, and we made the heads the night before. We were going to do the assembling in the front yard (her birthday is in October and we had been having beautiful weather). The day of the party, it rained. Not only rained - it poured! We made the scarecrows in my downstairs family room. We cut the strings from the bales of straw, and it went everywhere. The kids had a great time, and we took pictures of each child with their scarecrow, which I printed for them before they left. My husband and I were finding straw in the family room for months to come.

| It'll be okay! Just remember you get to send them home at the end of the party! Mom always hired a babysitter to help out with my parties when I was younger.

| Ok, I know this is my answer to everything, but in this situation, it really applies: 1 word--tequila. |

| Well, it looks as though you have survived, unless you just left YT up on your computer and are far away suffering from the ordeal, lol! I hope it all went well!
