Donating YT 3000 Club Member | ahhh I'm sorry you're feeling sick... that really sucks! Try to eat little, and just bland food, like a chicken soup, rice & chicken, drink 7-up and chamomille tea or plain tea. |

| Crackers, plain white rice, plain toast or bread, jello and sipping 7-Up or Coke. Hope you feel better Lori!

| Sorry you're feeling sick Ginger is a natural anti-nausea remedy. Try ginger ale, ginger tea, or those ginger altoids. That might help....if you can stand the yucky, burning taste It works well for me! Otherwise, clear liquids like chicken soup and a bland diet, along with lots of rest is my best advice.

| Great suggestions ... I was going to suggest Ginger too, it's great! Just wanted to tell you I will keep you in my prayers. If Bre was sick before, maybe it's just a little thing that's going around at school. Hope it's nothing serious.

| Sometimes when my tummy is upset I take a couple of those activated charcol tablet or some papaya tablets I got at the GNC store. They help me. Sorry you don't feel well.

| I'm sorry to hear you're sick! Nausea is the worst feeling, and I deal with it all the time. Ginger is good for nausea. Try to get a little something in your tummy, even if it's a couple crackers. I have to take an anti-nausea prescription med called Phenergran. It works really well, but makes me feel tired. I hope you are feeling better soon!

| I was going to say papaya tabs but I didn't think it would be something she had on hand. My Mom got us started on those. I like them better than Tums or Rolaids!
