| Pineapple Upside Down Cake HELP! ok after it is done baking and the toothpick comes out clean is there supposed to be liquid on the bottom of the pan? On mine there is should I leave it in for a couple of mins more so it can absorb? I just dont want it dry or burned...... thanks! |

| The liquid is okay as long as the toothpick comes out clean....the cake is done. The 'liquid' is the topping, so to speak. It will be fine. You'll see. Yum, yum!! I love pineapple upside down cake. |

| well ladies it came out great... I made 2!!! One for my mom the other for my mother in law.. both of them were REALLY impressed with them, they said it was soft, juicy and all around yummy! Thank goodness it was my first time attempting this type of cake... and well I couldn't call either of them since it was a surprise.. (thank god for the internet!!).. thanks girls saved you guys some slices.. dig in... |
