| Sinus Infection I hate this! The past week or so, I've been really sleepy, no energy to do anything, no appetite, waking up w/ sore throats, so I thought maybe it was my allergies. Then Monday it was terrible! Alls I could do was sleep, ended up with a terrible sinus headache, then around 8pm I got sooo nauseated. I got sick so much, then I was dry-heaving and finally it all stopped around 1 am..not even my nausea medicine was helping! So yesterday I went to the doctor, and he said I have a sinus infection. So I finally got some medicine, but I still have no energy. Alls I want to do is lay down in bed and sleep. I don't even have enough energy to do my homework. Has anyone else ever gotten this lazy from a sinus infection?

My daughter ws getting so sick all the time with the same kinda thing and I made her start taking Vit D and ya know shes been doing great! Knock wood! So I dunno, maybe you might wanna give it a try. you can google what Vit D does for us, its a looonnnggg list. Feel better soon...Duncan and Piper send Yorkie kisses too! | I had several this winter. The last time it took 3 weeks straight of powerful antibiotics to get rid of it. Even my primary doc sent me to the ENT down the hall it was so bad. I felt so tired and I was missing 1-2 days a week for the whole winter. My head felt like it was going to explode. I'm so much better now but still tired from the whole ordeal. I totally sympathize and I hope you feel better soon!

| I use to suffer from Sinus infections constantly and when I finally went to see a specialist he told me that my sinuses were 99.9 blocked and that I required surgery to get any type of relief. I had the surgery and felt wonderful for a while and then began to have sinus problems again a couple of years later until I was told about the Neti Pot. I cannot begin to tell you how much it has helped me and I recommend it highly to anyone who suffers from Sinus problems. Neti pot for sinus health |
