| Decided To Get A Navel Ring Thank you all for the great info and advice yesterday! You all helped me decide to get my belly button pierced! I'm still scared $hitless but I'm going to do it anyway! I got one more question: what type of metal should the ring be? Stainless steel? Surgical steel? Thanks for all your info! I really appreciate it!!

| I'm the worst when it comes to needles... I refuse to get a shot of anything.. If it is medicine If they don't come in a pill they have to hold me down... But I did get mine pierced and the way he did it, it didn't hurt.. Just after it was done it felt weird. I was scared to sit up straight thinking I was going to hurt myself or stretch it. but other then that nothing.. Just make sure to wear hip huggers (low cut jeans) it is painful to get it caught the first couple of days. (I had to learn the hard way).. |

| I have one and I love it! I was scared to do it, but had no problems at all with it. I thought it hurt less than getting the top part of your ear pierced. Anway..I have never had it get infected and I have a 14K gold butterfly ring in it. Good Luck!
