| any suggestions.. I've never smoked, but I used to be use to smokey bars. I quit going out all the time and now when I do I feel like crap the next day. Last night I didn't drink, but I feel like crud today. My whole face hurts from where I breathed in smoke all night. I already took a shower to get the smell off of me. Any other suggestion on how to clear out my lungs and nose?

My mom still smokes, and I don't mind being around her.. one or two cigs don't bother me. But a whole room full, all night long.. ugh... its more than my little lungs can handle!

| I finally figured out that when I was in my 20's and going out drinking all night all the time, that my "hangovers" weren't really all hangover. Now, even if I drink nothing, if I'm in a smokey room, I have a hangover the next day. I now realize it was more the lack of sleep and cigarette smoke that made me feel so horrible the next day!! But Illinois is now smoke free everywhere (sorry for the smokers but) - YEAH!!
