| LOL..I had always heard that Heinz 57 got its name because it took them 57 times to get the recipe and taste they wanted just right. LOL |

| Also, if you tap the embossed "57" on a Heinz bottle, the ketchup comes out easier. Try it sometime. It definitely works. |
