| Help!! What is the best diet plan out there? With wedding less than 3 months away (July 4th..all my friends make fun of me that I am giving up my Independence on Independence Day!! LOL ) I have to lose some weight!!!! Maybe 15 to 20lbs. So, what is the best diet plan out there? Thanks in advance for sharing!!! |

| My Husband has had alot of success with weight watcher. I just work out and watch what I eat and I am losing weight

| Here is the best diet I know of and it works everytime without ever gaining it back... It is called the 30 day diet and so far I have lost 14 days! Congratulations and Good Luck!

| There's a free website that I was told is like weight watchers, it's www.thedailyplate.com. I haven't had time to check it out but if $ is an issue it might be worth a look. |

Therapy Dog Donating Member | First you want to do it right and healthy...so the two that my nutrionist recommended as well as my doctor are: Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or Nutrasystem...but they prefer WW as you learn to eat real food and learn to make the right choices. If you want to only lose about 12-15 pounds you could also do a low-fat; high protein with 6 small meals a day and calories about 1200-1400 plus work out 3-4x a week.
