YT Addict | ladies, i need yalls help aside from my other post about the lump under my arm, which by the way i'm soo thankful for all of yall's advice and prayers! thank you soo much well, i think i might be pregnant. i'm only a few days late, but i have never been late in the past 7 years. my symptoms include:soreness and heaviness in my breasts, i'm always using the bathroom, foods i love i have no craving for AT ALL, i would rather you just keep all food away from me to be perfectly honest! i'm always tired, but im having trouble falling asleep. and i had/have all of the pms bloating and stuff but without the actual visitor. i'm soo moody! i mean, i was watching a commercial the other day and i started crying for no reason =[ here's the thing though, i did have a negative pregnancy test...so is it possible that i had a false negative? i mean, i just dont know. i'm soo confused. how long should i wait to take another test?! any helpful tips or experience stories would be greatly appreciated |

| Yes you can get a false neg. I would retest using morning urine. I would also get the test that reads "pregnant" or "not pregnant" because sometimes when you test too early you will get a VERY VERY light line and totally miss it.

YT Addict | no i'm definitely not wanting to be pregnant. i mean, if i am then i am, but if not then everything will be so much better. we did use protection so thats why i'm still unsure, ya know. so what do yall think? just based on the way i have been feeling and symptoms and all. also, i did an online pregnancy calculator that can tell you roughly when you could have conceived and we were together 2 days before and 2 days after the date it gave me |

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | Have you been under alot of stress lately? Maybe you are just off from your normal cycle & have pre-symptoms? If you are really worried, it may be best to have a blood test to know for sure, especially if it's affecting your sleep. I wish you the best!

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | I did find this site............ http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/falsenegative.html it also states: A test with the sensitivity of 20 mIU can pick up a pregnancy at 6-8 days past ovulation but the percentage of women who get a positive this early is relatively low. A much higher percent of women get a positive result at 9 or 10 days past ovulation.

| If you used protection then the odds are in your favor. There can still be a chance that you are pregnant but it is not likely. There are so many reasons why your period could be late. what makes it hard is that alot of pregnancy symptoms are exactly what you will be feeling when your period is about to come as well. Hope it turns out in your favor

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | Hon, I'm no expert & I know you want to know for sure. It's been a long time since I was pregnant, but yes, some of your symptoms go along with pregnancy, but at the same time, we women experience some of the same type symptoms with PMS? I did experience a slight discharge too when I was pregnant, so don't let that confuse you. Maybe try the test again, a different one this time as someone else suggested to ease your mind before going further with a blood test. If you need to talk, I'll be here.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | It is very possible you are just late. Iwas very regular but every once in awhile I would go 2 weeks late and be a wreck.A lot of your symptoms could just be preperiod related. Hopefully you will get is soon.

| My OB/GYN told me (years ago) that you can have a false negative but you can't have a false positive. Maybe you are just stressed out.
