| I am soooo nervous!!! My husband and I just made a offer on a house 4 Br. 2 bath 2 car garage and its brick!! The price was 92,500 . House's are probably cheeper here than most places cause this house kicks butt!! It is are first home and its big, just my hubby son and myself and my baby tommy and we don't want any more human kids ..lol I am so happy that we might get this only being 23 its big! Sorry for going on and on but soooooo happy I will let ya know what goes on when I find out..OH yeah i am getting a new baby girl in Sept. sometime she isn't born yet i have so many things to be gratefu Thanks for listening.

| lmao....... 92,500............. wow, you are right it is lower.... here in california the AVERAGE is 650,000 (orange county prices) and more often they are more then this...... houseing prices are crazy, but i could never move away from my family or the usually cool california weather (dont ask me whats wrong with teh weather this week, because i am DIEING here... it gets up to 100 inside our apartment) |

| Nervous? Girl if I could buy a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 garage house for $92,000 I would be out whooping it up! Seriously, your very lucky to buy at prices like that. Happy moving!
