| We went to Sea World a summer or two ago and it was $49 or so, I believe. They were running a promotion where adults were the same price as kids. For 5 or so days at Disney World we pay $215 or so. Did you like the Believe show?? I always hear people say how cheesy its theming is but I think it's kind of cute!! ETA: That is assuming the San Diego show is the same as the Orlando show..

| Thanks Ronda! Will do! The good thing with Sea World is with the admission, I have a pass for the rest of the year, so if I go again it's worth it. It's just so dang expensive even with Auto Club discounts! I don't see how families can go at all.

| Oh- that was cute too! That's the one that is kind of like a beach scene (boardwalk, maybe), right?

| I live a couple of minutes from King's Island in Ohio. Last year when I went, I think it was like $40-45 plus $7-8 for parking. I don't like roller coasters and King's Island is known for them! I still had alot of fun though, we had family in from Seattle that we went with!

| It's been a couple of years but we went to the Magic Kingdom at Disney and I think we paid around $60. I know the food was outrageous also.

YT 2000 Club Member | We live in Sandusky Ohio and Cedar Point is outargues with the prices now. When I was younger we alway's got season passes they were like $45. 00 per pass ( in 1992 was my last pass I got and that is what I paid for it). Well now a season pass is $109.95 for just the Amusement park, if you want to include the water park it is $150.00 A day pass is $ 42.95 Crazy to think of the price for one day used to buy you a season pass! My 4 boy's are all finally big enough to ride the roller costers so this will be the first year they all get a pass. Before that the older 2 would just get a pass and go with their cousins that had passes too. My husband was talking about getting him a pass too but I told him not to bother with a pass for me, I get sick on the rides! I am looking forward to a few peaceful day's this summer

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I know the prices are really high, but sometimes I compare it to going to a fair and paying the ticket for each attraction and it ends up not being that much for spending the whole day and being able to go to each attractions all the times you want, and of course the rides at Disney are great!, no comparison with any fair! I'm going to Disneyworld in two weeks and I was able to get a special Florida resident discount: a 4 day pass for $125 and I added the water & fun pass, which gives me 4 visits to the water parks and disney quest for just $25 more. |
