| I'm just following the I can make you thin show that's on Sunday nights at 9:00(TLC)..you eat when you're hungry, eat what you want, consiously and quit when you're full..you take smaller bites of food, chew it 20 times(can't do that with mushy cornflakes), and when you're full, you stop eating..if you have to throw away food, so be it..I'm trying to just take less food so I don't have to waste it myself. You concentrate on the food you're eating when you're eating, by not watching t.v. or doing anything else where you're not paying attention to what you're putting in your mouth...I was shocked when I weighed this morning..The hardest part for me on this, was staying off the scales, as I'm one that usually weighs everyday.. |

| yeah i know... but i remembered on my way to work...lol... i'll be getting hm about 2 and won't have had anything to eat yet, bc i have school right after... or if i do eat i guess i'll have to wait til tomorrow...whoops!

I still haven't seen the show but i heard about the rules and i did try them, i TRIED to chew 20 times but cannot, the food just seems to go straight in my throat But i do concentrate on what im eating and it does make me eat less Did he say anything about exercise?

| I said I wanted to lose 58 1/2 lbs, although, at my age, that may be too thin for me..but, for now, I'm going to stick with that goal..so, 6 down, 52 1/2 to go..I know I'm not going to lose like this every week, and I'm going to probably have weeks where I plateau, but, that's okay, I'm going to keep following this, and sooner or later, it will come off.. |
