| hows everyone doing on the I can make you thin Diet???? Starting day number 4 and I'm doing really well still..won't weigh until Monday morning..But, lastnight, I made up some spinach lasagne(it was really good), and garlic toast with cheese, and I bought a key lime cake..Well, I didn't want to throw any food out, so, I had one piece of garlic bread(usually eat 2), one small helping of lasagne(I can usually eat a lot more than that, especially when it tastes this good) and a very small piece of cake, and that was it..I was really proud of myself..Hope everyone else is doing okay on there's too...CHECK IN... |

| i am doing quite well... not weighing in til monday... but i am not really hungry during the day, and i have been eating a lot less... i didn't eat a lot to begin with, but i don't mind leaving food on the plate now... i am also eating slower, and enjoying it more glad you're doing well hha

| I wish I was doing as well as you two! I am having a very hard time remembering to slow down and chew! I'll start out the first couple bites really consciously eating and then before long, I'll catch myself shoveling food in without thinking. I am doing a good job about not eating if I'm not hungry though. I'm drinking a bottle of water before I make myself an afternoon snack to make sure I really am hungry. Portion size hasn't changed though I have a date Monday morning with the treadmill so maybe that will help jump start this diet...

| Acv Add organic raw apple cidar vinegar to your diet! I have been doing it this week and I lost 5 pounds already! I know it's not good to lose that much...but I DID! Can't wait to see how much I can lose over a period of time! |

| Actually any kind fo vinegar is good, I think you're supposed to take 1-2 T a day(I may be wrong on the amount)...I want to lose mine overnight, but, I know I didn't put it on overnight...I'm wanting to try to lose 3 or 3 1/2 lbs a week..maybe that way it will stay off then.. |

| What exactly are you doing with this vinegar? Drinking it straight from the bottle? Mixing it with something?

| If you can take 1-2 T you can take it straight..they also sell vinegar pills..I have never tried it to see if it works..but, I like vinegar, so I could if I wanted too, it's the not really wanting too |

| I recorded the last few weeks and just tonight watched the first episode. It brought tears to my eyes. It did motivate me. Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my no-diet life. I will be following this thread to see how everyone is doing.

| Just want to say good luck to all...I'm here to support everyone. Maybe I'll even lose a few pounds myself. Really what I need most is to tone up. It's so hard to find time to exercise...I do love walking though, and the weather is getting nicer to be out.

I just got all of this Yoga/Pilates equipments and DVDs too, and I'm excited to get back to it (I did Yoga/Pilates for several months once a week in my acting class, but we got involved with the main stage and stopped going).
