| Cleansing/Detox Diet Have any of you ever tried this? I've been doing a lot of research and really think I want to try it. However, I've only found personal websites telling me that it's extremely healthy.... I haven't been able to find any medical support for it. How do I know it works? And how do I know it's not doing my body more harm than good? Has anybody done this before?

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | You won't find any medical support for it because it doesn't work, and can be potentially harmful. Your liver is what detoxes you, not your intestines. Eat things that keep the liver healthy because it’s the organ that takes all the poisons out of you body. Here's a link to Top 10 tips for a Healthy Liver http://www.womenfitness.net/liver_and_lymph.htm

| Just different ones. I've read about the Lemonade one but there are others where you drink juices instead of eat or eat "cleansing foods" (mainly fruits, vegetables, and whole grains)
