| Looking for live plant clippings Ok I know this sounds really odd but I am looking for house plant clippings. I would really like to start a bunch of different plants from just clippings and I was thinking that I would just ask here. I am a plant-aholic in my house. Although I dont have many now I want to start some more. Anyone have any clippings?? I am more than happy to pay the cost to send them to me. |

| What are you guys looking for? the stuff we grow in Texas is probably not too hardy outside there, but may grow inside. Let me know, and if you know how to ship live plants so they will live. I am willing to give it a try. Sounds like fun. I have a cactus garden - I already gave away all my banana tree plant babies, but they are like weeds.

| Most plants will live in pots and my house has such a variation of sun and temp that I can grow just about anything. As for shipping. If you take a large ziplock bag and put some water in it, just a little, then the plant, close it. It will be good to go. Then you just put it in a small box, pad with some news paper and off it goes. |

| I just cut back my prayer plant and put the cuttings in water. If you want em, they're yours! Do they have to be rooted first before mailing? |

| I'd love to give you some but I kill every plant I have!!! No green thumb here. A plant exchange sounds like fun (if you don't kill them). Maybe in the spring an outside plant exchange??? Those I can grow.
