| I can't believe what my gramma just asked me... "Have you ever considered committing suicide?" She is visiting for three nights and driving me up the wall with a bunch of crazy questions. "How do you think people don't know who the fathers of their children are? Ugh. Stewie is steering clear, too.

| My grandma is almost 90 and is slowly losing her mind. A few weeks ago, she asked my *very prim & proper sister* - "Do both your sons have the same father?" We laughed til we cried, once we left her house. |

| My grandfather's 89th birthday party he kept asking me "meja, who is that man with you?" He kept asking me every time see seen me. Bless in heart. I just interduced him to Tim (my husband of 14 years) every time he asked. It's funny who and what they do or don't remember. My papa past away soon after that and we all miss him dearly!!!

| Oh I can relate to some of this stuff too. My gramma always asks me where I live. I have lived in the same house for like 5 years now. She always calls me by my moms name too. Or when she talks about my grandpa to me she says "your pa" meaning my dad, which he isn't, he is my grandpa. Shoot me before I lose my mind, some one, anyone, Please............jk |

| Awww, Kristy, your gramma just thinks you're part of some lost younger generation. How long is she staying?? Three days? Should be plenty of time to whip you into shape, hehe!!

| My Grandma told me the other day that there were all kinds of "street girls" in our town- I looked at her like she was crazy and asked what she was talking about and she said "all those girls having babies without being married." Boy how the times have changed!

| My gram asked about "mouth sex" Quote:
She wanted to know what was such a big deal about this "mouth sex" that Dr Ruth was always talking about! My mom and I looked at each other and it dawned on us at the same time that she meant oral sex!! You couldn't scrape us off the floor!!! LOAO

| I think - sometimes parents and grandparents just want to talk to you. Maybe she is trying to find something you would be interested in. You can do the same for them. It is surprising all the things they have been through in their lifetime, all the changes in this world. I miss my 'nana and papa' very much; but I do remember having to remind them several times - 'NOT IN FRONT OF THE KIDS'. They still had a tendency to use 'words' which are no longer acceptable. I even remember my grandmother telling this joke to the boys about god. When she says the punchline - I was like - KIDS - go outside. NANA - you can't say that stuff, they don't even get it and I can't explain it to them.
