| Drink LOTS of water! Exercise (even if it is just a litte to start...you can work your way up) WALK Try to stay away from too much sugar and carbs You can eat pretty much the foods you love, just not so much! Drink water when you feel hungry...chances are, you are just thirsty. Eat more fruits and veggies and go for leaner meats/fish I'm sure there are tons of great tips and advice that people will give you....these are just a few!

| No sugar! skip soda and sugar in coffee! Pick one skip day a week that you can have sugar and the rest of the week do not eat sugar, cake, cookies, ice cream, candy, chocolate, nothing... except your one day of the week! Oh and watch your portions, eat only fresh foods, no packaged or boxed pre-prepared stuff, that has a lot of sodium and calories/fat than the real thing.

| LOTS of water and portion control. I eat whatever I want...but I do not eat very much of it. I lost 18 lbs in a few months just by watching my portions...and drinking 1/2 of my body weight in oz of water. sooo...I weighed 150, I would drink 75 ounces of water a day.

| Water I think my problem happened when I did cut back on drinking water. I used to only drink unsweetened ice tea & water. I was not drinking soft drinks, now I'm hooked on them again and the weight is on! Thanks for the tips everyone. |
