| Cheaper Pet Prescriptions I'm posting this for my mom, her dog Gizmo is on some medicine that costs about $75 every two months, and basically he'll be on this medicine for the rest of his life. She called me asking if I know anywhere or any programs she can get this cheaper, she's going to try that 1-800-pet-meds, has anyone every used that before? Or does anyone know of any other places, or any programs they have where you can get pet medicines cheaper?

| Isn't it awful? Loki takes one from the human pharmacy that is $120/mo. If the drug was for me it would be $30 with insurance. Sometimes I think if everyone had to pay cash for prescriptions they would never be that expensive, but people with insurance don't think about the cost if they only have a $30 co-pay! As far as pet-meds, they have a website. I'm sure you could check there to see how much of a savings it would be: http://www.1800petmeds.com/

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | is the prescription for a human medication? sometimes if you call around to pharmacies you can get it for a cheaper price. places like target and walmart have a popular drug list and those that are on it are cheaper.

| Yes it is but it's extremely rare. I've called all of the local an online pharmacies. It's in the $120-$130 range. Walgreens let me sign up for their Rx savings plan and it was $70, but they just called me to tell me that was a mistake and they were not supposed to give me the discount.
