| Snow...LOTS of Snow! So here I am in my lovely Wisconsin community and the snow is just blasting us right now. My hubby decided to go to work today and I am so scared for him driving home in this as we have already got 14 inches and it is still coming down at ridiculous amounts....please pray for his safe return. I have not seen a plow all day...and cars are not even able to drive around the houses, they are sitting along side the road and people are having to leave them and walk home.... I am so stressed. Therapy Dog Donating Member | Ahhh hope your hubby gets home safely...it's pretty from the window but terrible driving in it. My hubby just called me from Chicago and he is stranded there and might not come home tonight. We are just getting pounded with tons of rain so lots of flooding. What crazy weather. Hope everyone gets home safely.

| I hope you and your husband stay safe!! I live in central Wisconsin and we didn't get any snow, but family lives near Milwaukee and it sounds terrible! Stay safe and stay off the roads if you can!

| Wow! That's a lot of snow! Here in Grand Junction, we have had a lot too. They closed schools on Monday and I read in the paper that it's the first time in 20 years that they have had a "snow day"! Normally there isn't a lot of snow here but lots and lots up on the Mesa's ... this year it came down here!!

| We've had over 12" of snow today and it's still coming down. The wind machine is starting up tonight 25mph w/gusts to 40. My grand-d came home from school in her tennishoes with no socks & her snowpants were in her backpack dripping wet. She made snow angels at lunch and took off her socks to dry at school & her boots were wet & snowpants were wet.....she's 6.

I don't understand how the teacher could let her come home without socks -- I would imagine her tennis shoes would have been wet by the time she came in too.
