| Diet Pills Does anyone know of a diet pill that isn't humongous? I want to get started on a diet pill just to give me the push I need get into an exercising routine, but unfortunately I can't swallow any pills larger than a tylenol. lol. Does anyone know of any diet pills that are smaller in size and that I don't need a prescription to get? Thanks!

| You want to stay away from them...I have been on adipex and on meridia, I lost a lot of weight, but, ended up putting it back on..the best way to lose weight is count your calories and exercise..you need to change the way you eat, not now, but forever, otherwise, what you lose you will put back on..Please don't go with the diet pills..I used to work for Slender you..We were taught that when you get hungry, you drink a full glass of water pretty fast..if you're still hungry afterwards, then you need to eat something, if not, then it's just a habit of eating.. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Keep a lot of fruit around, that helps a lot! When you are hungry you just grab one instead of looking for bad stuff 'cause it's in your face and they are healthy.

| I started South Beach on Jan. 1 and, to date, I've lost 9 pounds. I like it because you're never hungry - just have to stay away from white stuff (sugar, potatos, rice, bread). You can eat all of the lean meat you want, eggs, veggies. After the 1st couple of weeks you can start to add some carbs back a little at the time if you'd like. I was on it once before and my cholestoral dropped like a rock as did my tryglicirides - the doctor was amazed! You can pick up a paperback at any bookstore. Good Luck! |

| what I personally need is an appetite supressant...IS there any pill that will do that? I just take one a day and it works. Dexatrim worked wonders for me.

| I have been advised from numerous people, doctors and nurses, etc not to take any diet pill...because of the negative side effects and such. I remember something about how the get rid of all the fat, even the good fat that your body needs.....etc, etc...I can't remember it all though....There was just more negative than good.

| I have never had luck with any diet pills...but I was doing this... http://www.mxicorp.com/ it is basically chocolate that you can eat or drink (whichever you prefer). It is super healthy and WILL help curb your appetite and give you more energy...without drugs or artificial things. when I first started on them, I was doing it for the energy...not for the weight. But it gave me soooo much more energy than a cup of coffee would. and I got halfway through the day and realized I hadn't eaten. If you like dark chocolate, you can get the nuggets and eat one about a half hour before your meals and it will help keep you from eating too much. I swear by this stuff. it breaks down to a little over a dollar a nugget but when you consider that a starbucks coffee is more than that...and this gives you a lot more energy, is healthy for you, and is so simple...it is totally worth it. it is also supposed to be good for other things. I have a friend that eats 3 nuggets a day and has been off of his arthritis medicine for about 6 months now...with NO pain. he used to survive off of his meds. So this has been amazing for him. and he loves chocolate so it works out good ok...i'll stop before I sound like a commercial or some kind of freak...but really..this stuff is great. let me know if you would like some and I can send you enough to try to see if you like it.

from what i understand, the reason this is good for you...vs. regular chocolate is that regular chocolate is hot processed which causes it to lose all of it's healthy qualities. this chocolate is cold processed so it preserves all of the healthy qualities. I don't know all there is to know about those types of details but I do know it is all natural, healthy, and works. so you are not medicating yourself or anything like that. I still eat them, even with being pregnant, because they seem to help with some of the aches and pains that i have, they make me feel good energy wise, and i just really love the way they taste my dr. gave me the OK to keep up with them. he said "it's just chocolate...go for it" so needless to say, I was happy

this is what I eat...the power squares. here is the bit of info that is listed for it... The Xoçai™ X Power Squares use cacao that is blanched, unfermented, sun-dried, non-roasted and cold-pressed, which means it boasts eight times the levels of epicatechins and catechins, and four times the levels of procyandins than cacao produced with standard processing. X Power Squares are loaded with antioxidants and have an unparalleled ORAC Value of 3,582 per 6g Square. The Xoçai™ X Power Squares are the most powerful, health-promoting, decadent chocolate ever produced.
