| Anyone have a good veggie dip? Anyone have a recipe for a good veggie dip? The less ingredients, the better!

| I like the Pampered Chef chipotle dip...but...I like it on just about anything, not just veggies! You use 1 cup of mayo with 1 cup sour cream and the chipotle seasoning...mix it until smooth and enjoy. |

| When I ate dairy, I always liked just the store bought ranch dip packet by hidden valley that you add Sour Cream to. |

| I take room temp cream cheese and dump it in a bowl. Beat on medium speed for a minute or two. Add some grated onion, bell pepper, and crushed pineapple (drained with liquid squeezed out of it). Mix thoroughly. Dump mixture onto plastic wrap. Roll into log or form into ball and put into fridge until firm. Voila! Cheese ball/roll thingie. Sorry I don't know exact mesurements. I vary the ingredients depending on who I'm making it for. If I'm taking it to my MIL's I don't put as much onion because she doesn't like onions. If I take it to my parents I make two - one with pineapple and one without because my sister doesn't like it with the pineapple. I roll hers in crushed pecans instead. I serve it with different types of crackers as well as celery sticks and carrot "chips"

| CHEESE BALL RECIPE If I don't bring this to family gatherings I never hear the end of it. They expect it. 4 packages cream cheese 1 bottle old english cheese 1 bunch of green onions(cut into small pieces, I don't use the white part) 2-3 bags of beef(the .59 bags near the lunch meat) or you can use one bottle of dried beef. Cut into small pieces. 1 bag of mild shredded cheddar cheese Mix together and mold into shape. Top with Pecan Pieces. Everyone says it tastes better with the Pecan Pieces. I get mine at WalMart. Cheaper their than the grocery stores.
