| I'm so embrassed! Wii Wins! Beat me up good! My gift to my sister's family was the ever elusive Wii...! The kids went nuts and we were having a blast playing various games with it against each other. Then.......... I woke up this morning with a stiff arm. I thought I slept weird on it or something. Went to work, arm is still sore. Started talking to co-workers about what we did yesterday. I talked about the Wii and started to demonstrate what it's like. Then it hit me.... I'm soooooo OUT OF SHAPE that my muscles were sore from playing VIDEO GAMES!!! Talk about embrassing when I realized why I was stiff and sore! Now I want one for me... Figure it's cheaper than joining a gym. I can Dance, Dance Revolution for cardio and box to firm up my upper body!

My friend at work was telling me someone she knows works at a Retirement Center and the folks there actually have a Wii Bowling League with matching team shirts and they are deadly serious about the game! Definitely a great way to burn calories!

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | awww haha! That's such a great gift! Sorry about your arm! But it was a good pain, right? I've only played Wii once. I was at my friend's house, and we played Wii tennis. It was SO fun. I really want one, but I never ask for it because a. From what I've seen they're a bit on the expensive side and b. Its darn near impossible to get them!

| I totally know what you mean! So far I've only played the sports games, but I really want to play some others that could give me an even better workout!

| LOL. Glad this happens to other people. I use my son's when he brings it over, so that's my excuse for getting sore - I don't get to play often enough. The first and second times I played, my arm was really sore but so was my butt. I played so hard at tennis and bowling and must have stood in a way that put stress on that particular part. It really is fun - I even sweat playing tennis cause I move around so much. A video game that gets you moving? Can't be all bad. |

| haha don't feel bad! I workout all the time. Walking, running, hip hop classes, Yoga, go to the gym, weights, all that good stuff. And even for me, the Wii can be a sweat-starter! That thing is insane!
