| See My Bread!!! My "holiday baking" is in full swing (yeah, right!). I am not a baker. But see my bread! Amazingly it turned out to look like one of the scenes in the movie Pan's Labyrinth! I think I let the dough rise too long .... |

| LOL! Actually those are the pre-made "Rhodes" brand breads. I just put two in the loaf pan instead of one. Last time I didn't let them rise long enuf, now too long... I started late last night, and it was still small by bedtime. So I stuck it in the fridge thinking it will take up rising where it left off in the morning. I was wrong! THEN when I put it in the oven, it rised more. !! It's yummy though. |

| That is SO funny! It reminds me of the movie, The Blob that was out when I was a kid. Oh my, it just makes me laugh and now I have my bird laughing too... I bake bread so maybe that's why it's so funny... I know "stuff" happens. |

| 'tis yummy indeed...I put some butter on a piece & it's all nice and hot and melting, and the bread is soft. Mmmmmmmm.... I think they'll be plenty left over for when my husband comes home. And maybe enuf to invite a few other people over to have some too! |
