| Another baby I had to go to Wal-Mart today. There was some woman standing in the parking lot with a sign and the back of her SUV up -"Free chihuahua puppies". Who DOES that? Anyway, I stopped to look and OMG. They were so skinny and sad looking. I didn't know what to do. So I did this.... One little girl just broke my heart so I took her. I snuck her into the store to Customer Service and the manager. I showed him the baby girl and he asked if they all looked like that. I nodded. He called the police and a friend of his who happens to work with the humane society. I am keeping her separated from Susanah and my chis. She probably hasn't had a single shot. Ya'll she is soooo very tiny. The lady said they were 14 weeks old, but omg she is just so LITTLE. I bet she doesn't weigh a pound. There is no way. I am not sure if I can keep her. I don't know if I can afford vet bills on another furkid. I can definitely feed her and love her, and maybe try to find her a very good, loving home if I see I just can't financially swing it. Here are some pics of her. You can't really tell how tiny she is because she's covered up. She ate like she was starved (probably was) and then climbed right into the little bed I put down for her. So I covered her up and she snuggled right in.

| I just can't get over how teeny she is. I mean holding her is like holding air. Honestly. She literally weighs next to nothing. I just gave her some nutrical and she looked at me with the sweetest little eyes and then yawned and went back to sleep - like she knew she didn't have to worry and be scared anymore.

| Sounds like you may have rescued this little one. I'm sure she is so happy to have food and a nice warm place to sleep. Make sure to get her to the vet tomorrow morning, and get her checked out for any illness-for her sake and for Susanah's. Keep us updated on how your new little one is doing!

I am not sure I am going to be able to keep her. She is a dollbaby, but I am worried about $$. Feeding her won't be a problem, its the vet bills. I just am really not sure if I can do it financially. I didn't stick around long after the police and humane society were called. I didn't want her to know it was me. I did see a police car pulling in as I was pulling out though. I don't know what is going to happen to the others. I hope they will all be OK. There 4 of them total - including my little girl. I've been calling her Izzy-Belle. It just seems to fit.

| Maybe you can keep her and feed her up a bit and then give her to someone who can afford to take her to the vet. Just being in your home is for sure a better situation for her to be in than in that box. 14 Weeks! That is really small for how old they say she is!
