| Botox Wondering if anyone here has had Botox and how you felt about the results, or if you would do it again or any of you that are repeat users.... I am interested in getting Botox injections in the area between my eyebrows, I look so angry sometimes (LOL) and I really want to relax the muscle so that I do not have that anymore. My Hubby is okay with it but my Mom is against it, she says I am too young to start messing around with that...I am 28 I do not think that is too early to start. Anyone??

| Honestly, I believe if you are independent and can afford it fine. The more you make that frown which is one of the major causes of the 2 wrinkles or "eleven" the worse it becomes. My problem with Botox is it just doesn't last that long for the expense. A friend of mine had injections and looked really good afterwards, it's not an immediate change like the fillers are. Just make sure the doctor is reputable and has lots of experience with these injections. Actually the doctor who did hers was a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He charged 10.00 a unit but I have no idea how many units it would take to do just that area. Good luck with your decision |

| It seems that I am always squinting and it is has been getting worse over the past few years, causing the "eleven" in between my eyes...My facialist gets it done and she says it lasts about 6 months, but she said that she has been doing it for the past 3 years and the results are lasting longer, more like 9-10 months. I just am afraid if I do not do something it is going to be really bad and I am really self concious about it, I will be in my car with sunglasses, check the mirror and low and behold I see wrinkles. Uugh

| I was with my friend when she had it done I could not see a difference at that time, just a little redness and swelling. They used a little anesthetic cream prior and ice packs after. It is somewhat cumulative so the longer you have it done the longer it last I don't know about Botox for pain but I do have a friend who's son had a stroke in-utero and they gave him botox injections when he was a child and now he's in college so it's been used for quite a few different reasons |

| Oh.....I LOVE Botox!!! I have been getting it for years!!! I get it on my forehead and between my eyebrows. I had bad frown lines....I too looked angry all the time....not anymore!!!!! It takes about 2 to 3 days to see the results but it is truly amazing how well it works!! It only hurts for about 10 seconds!!
