| Question about cauliflower.. Does anyone know of the orange and purple cauliflowers taste the same as the more traditional white varieties? I make a vegetable marinade mix and it would be pretty to use these unusual variates.

| I'm not sure, but I bet if you mixed them it would taste really good.

| I have never had the orange kind before, but the purple kind is actually a type of broccoli (and tastes about the same as broccoli, I think its a little mellower, but my DH says it isn't) that is just called "purple cauliflower".

| I've had the orange and it tasted the same to me. Want to share your recipe?

| Thanks guys! Nikki, I'd love to. I was actually going to post about it in your Thanksgiving thread but I saw you found something. If you PM me with your email address I'll send it to you.
