| I'm so angry right now! I just now walked from my car to my door, after work, and my neighbor's dog JUMPED on me - ruining my brand new skirt! I saved up my $ for that skirt, and bought it from my favorite store, www.LooseLucys.com - in Charleston, SC. It is a gauzy fabric, and perfect for wearing in the summer. Rather pricey, but I enjoy my items from this store so much that I don't mind shelling out the cash. My neighbor has a 7mo. old chow/golden mix (mutt) who is NOT neutered, nor does he know even how to sit or even walk on a leash. He won't come when called and he jumps on everyone! On top of that, his claws have never been cut - RAZOR sharp! I have a long scrape goign down my thigh, and a huge hole in my brand new skirt that I've only worn 3 times since I bought it last month. I AM SO ANGRY! I am usually the nicest most polite neighbor, but I told the dog's owner that if he didn't have the money to pay for me a new skirt, as well as his dog's next victim, he better start teaching his dog some manners!!!! PS. Can you even believe that my neighbor uses pee pee pads for his huge, unmannered dog? His whole house smells like urine, it's absolutely disgusting. [Sorry, I had to vent! What IS IT with some people?!!!]

| Yep, Shana and I both unloaded. Hope you insisted on the jerk paying for your skirt. I don't have any nice things. I spent all my money on Maggie. Too bad, I not a XXXXXXXXSSmall, or I could wear some of her clothes.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | That is horrible! Sounds like that dog needs major obedience training! Sorry that your shirt got ruined. But they need to keep that pooch on a tight leash!

| Oh no, this is just not right. If you neighbor has any decency at all, he/she will gladly offer to pay for your outfit. I would be upset also, it just isn't right when a human cannot train their dog. I feel sorry for the dog also as it just isn't fair to him to not have proper training. Poor thing just wanted some attention but didn't know how to receive it properly. Maybe the Yorkie Talk fairies can get together and get you a new skirt???

| Your neighbor should at least offer to pay for the drycleaning bill to see if it will be wearable!

| Yes, my neighbor told me that he gets paid tomorrow and will give me "some money" - don't know how much he means, but it's at least a nice gesture. My neighbor is a nice guy, he just is clueless when it comes to training a dog. He also doesn't seem to have any interest in teaching his dog any discipline, whatsoever. He loves the dog and I have no doubt he means well, but the poor dog NEEDS discipline, if only for his own safety! His razor sharp claws ripped a hole into my skirt, it's not repairable. I'm heartbroken over it b/c I was very proud of that new skirt. And I hate taking money from him, but I'm going to b/c as you all suggested, it's only right. Thanks for your condolences, they really help me feel better about all of this. You've seen Sully's tricks...I'm very passionate about dog training. In fact, I'd LOVE to learn to be a dog trainer one day, and I'm extremely interested in teaching/training agility, etc....so it just hits home even worse to see someone who won't even teach their dog to sit.

| I am so sorry to hear about your incident. I hope he at least gives you money to replace the skirt. Most importantly, that he take his dog and show him some obedience.

| If he ripped it, then I would definitely take the replacement cost! Maybe it will teach him to be more careful and not let his dog jump up on people form now on... or at least try to keep his dog from doing this!
