| I talk to her regularly as do many YTers. She is working a part-time job and still sorting through and selling things. She is doing as well as can be expected. She does miss everybody here, she is just really busy these days.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | THANK YOU so much for thinking of me !! I was hoping my 'come back' post would be great news but I'm still struggling a little to 'find' my place in life without my husband. I am working now (part time to start) but not quite it's the job I want or can survive on - so I'm still out there interviewing when I can - I hope to start another part time job tommorrow that will turn into a full time position - but it's in an awful part of town - I have to decide if the commute is going to be worth the money and will find out more tommorrow so wish me luck !! You all were so great when my husband died and I feel terrible I haven't posted but it seems each day I just don't have the time...or when I do get the time I spend it with the girls. Their little lives are so upside down right now and it's going to be a huge adjustment for them getting used to me being gone everyday. They sure spend alot of time kissing me and each other when I get home - it's just too adorable but I feel so guilty leaving them like I've had to - so far it's only been 6 hours at a time but when I go FULL time - it'll be more like 9 and I DREAD it Big hugs to you all - I miss everyone so much - I know I keep saying that but it's true. I sure miss you all. HAPPY THANKSGIVING and I hope everyone is safe and happy. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Thank you so much ! I've looked into the 'work from home' places and man there's so many non legit offers out there that it's hard to tell the real from the scams the best thing I can do I think is be 'out' there working....it's too lonely at home with my husband gone and the memories really hurt. Once I do find the 'dream' job I'll be moving into an apartment and that alone is a scary thing these days - some apartments are just plain dangerous in houston so I've been researching and sending out feelers and hope to know in a month or so where the girls and I will end up. It's really been an eye opening experience - I used to think I was a strong woman but it seems everything overwhelmes me these days.... If anyone (who has to work and leave their dogs) has some good tips on how to make the adjustment for them smoother I would welcome ANY suggestions - my girls get SO depressed when I get dressed for work and I know they just wait at the door listening to every single car that passes....by the time I get home they're exhausted and ready for bed at 7 pm poor babies. | Oh Villette! It's so good to hear from you ..alittle sad of your situation.. Let's just keep our heads up, keep going and hopefully, one day, something better for you and the girls will come around. But for now, I'm sure you're doing/trying your best to make the best of this situation. Many well wishes, thoughts & prayers to you and the babies! Talk to you soon! xoxoxo
