Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Help Needed ? On Cd I am needing to get pictures off the computer, when our son was home he saved all my pictures on the computer onto a cd. Can I take that cd to a photo place ( like Costco ) and find the pictures on it and get prints made from it. My printer is not working any longer (all new re-fills on ink) then it won't print I desperately need to get four pictures made, I actually took our digital camera and thought I could do it looking into the monitor LOL didn't come out good. Thanks. Patti and Jack |

| Yes, you can. Most places (like Walmart, CVS, etc.- not sure about Costco though) have machines where you do everything (go through them, change colors, crop, etc.) yourself. |

Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Thank you I always did my digital prints there but I know nothing of putting a CD in and getting the prints from that, I will try tomorrow and see if Costco will do it. Thank you again so much, all this photo paper and printer with all new ink and can't use it |

| Wow what a bummer, about the printer I mean. But, yes you can have pictures printed at a photo place from the CD. Just take it in, they'll help you if you need it...like I do!!!

| Did you know you can upload your pictures from your computer/cd right from home directly to Costoc (or wal-mart, rite-aid etc.) They print them out and you just go pick them up. You crop them, size them, take red eye out...every thing right in the comfort of your home. They are usually ready to be picked up within an hour. Some places give you a cheaper rate on the pics if you give them 24 hrs to print out. I do it all the time when I am low on ink!

I actually think it's cheaper and less of a pain just to get them done at the store as opposed to buying the ink and paper, fiddling with the printer jamming and such. | |
