| Wanted(badly): Puppy in New england! HI everyone! I'm new to the forum and actually don't own a Yorkie yet ! However I joined up because I think they are a wonderful and gorgeous breed and want one (or a mix) so badly! I'm graduating in less then a month and moving to Law school in the fall and need a companion for me and my other baby. Is there anyone selling any or anyone that knows of a decently priced breeder within 3-4 hours of Boston? I know Dogs are expensive and own a 4 year old Shih tzu-poo but I need the price range to be under $500. I've spent some serious time(some of which i should have been studying!lol) looking at different breeders and rescues but can't seem to find any that will work. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help! Last edited by mrcollegegrl; 04-28-2009 at 04:16 PM. Reason: location mistake |

| I am also new and looking for a puppy. Did you ever found yours? I looked many places and the cheapest are so far away, but there are some very scary stories on the breeder reviews section. I am not sure if i should wait now and save more and look for a local breeder. I would consider a rescue but i think i want to have the "puppy" bond and experience. Any luck please keep me informed. Thanks. |

| I found mine locally years ago. Excellent experience. If anyone ever want the referral i would be glad to give. I had to wait in line a little to get mine but it was very worthy. I referred them a few other times and i know a few relatives of my Maxx that happen to live in the neighborhood. All adorable like him. I will be glad if i can help anyone. Good Luck !
