| Car Sick My Yorkie, Koko, is 5 months old and weighs 3 1/2 pounds. Every time we take her in the car if she gets sick and vomits. I feel so bad for her and wonder if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do for her. |

| Do you have her in a car seat? That seems to help, so they can see out of the window. If we are going on a long drive I have to give Bella some Dramamine. Sometimes, she still gets sick on short drives. Doesn't seem to matter if she's eaten or not.

| Try a booster seat, I adopted a 3 y/o who always got car sick, panting, vomiting. I got him a booster seat. One that was elevated OFF the passenger seat. This is what I got. Name of booster seat at Pet supplies….Tagalong Pet Booster Seat…large size holds up to 18 Lb dog. Basket dimensions: 16” W x 14”D x 8” H..it comes in size small also, Cody weighs close to 13 Lbs. I choose the larger size so he has room to lay down. He has been using it 4 months now, no more panting, vomiting, he sits there looking like a king on his throne. Other members will advise, suggest and give their opinions and experience. This seat worked for me. Good luck

| The booster seat helps and also don't let her eat for about an hour before riding. Our Bogie used to get carsick a lot. We tried those things and they help. Also a tiny bit of a gingers so cookie right before riding helped him.
