Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Oh, and a question for everybody: Do you think that's too strenuous of activity for a 7 1/2-month-old? I've always heard you shouldn't start any dog out in agility until their growth plates close, but when I look at her in the deep snow, I wonder if that should fall under the same guideline. I'm inclined to think yes. I didn't really notice it until I saw the video of her in the thick snow. Fortunately, she wasn't out for long any one time. That video was compiled from three short trips outside. She was in the thick stuff for no more than 5 minutes. Still ...

| Another cute video!!! Thanks for sharing. Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question. I have tried bringing Cassi out in the snow last year, but she just stood there and wouldn't budget at all. So I ended up bringing her right back in.
