Helen, I am so sorry that you lost your little one. Bless you for giving him a wonderful home and letting him go peacefully when the time came. I am so sorry. You did all you could for him.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I am in tears and my heart is breaking for you.
It is always so hard when we lose one of our furbabies.
Odie was so lucky to have such a loving home.

I truly send my deepest condolences on the loss of your precious baby. I prayed for you and him and really thought he would be ok somehow. Your story has made me cry and I can't even imagine your pain. I'm truly sorry.

My thoughts and hugs are with your family. You blessed Odie with a wonderful home, so take comfort in knowing that you gave him the greatest gift that we can give our little fur babies...love. Molly will get a special hug tonight in memory of Odie.

Saturday, July 11th.
It has now been a week and two days since our beloved Odie went to heaven and John and I are still filled with grief over our loss. Oliver keeps looking for his little buddy but he is no longer here. We are going on, as Odie would want us to, but we miss him so very, very much. My hardest time is when John leaves for work in the afternoon. I would sit down in my big chair, turn on the TV and there would be Odie ready to be picked up to sit on my lap. (Oliver is not a lap dog.....he gets on my lap, stays there about 2-3- minutes and then it's, well Mom, gotta go and off he goes, jumps on the sofa, and there he waits for John to return. But that's okay, I love Oliver to pieces and don't know what I would do if he were not here with me now) Another hard time is when we come into the house, we don't hear his precious little yap. But I still hear it in my head

& that helps a little.

John and I want to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for all your kind words, thoughts, and well wishes on the loss of our dear Odie. You cannot begin to imagine how they have helped us. God bless all of you.
