| Sad, and kind of Pitiful Ranger is 11 months old...and is 11 pounds of Yorkie. He is kind of lumbering fella and poor guy just hasn't figure out how to get up on the couches like the two little ones. It's ok that he can't get up because he just tramples all over us when he's on the couch, But it's really kind of sad to watch him and I feel bad because the other two sit up on the couch and look down at him...like they are saying "nananbooobooo". Here is a video at the pitiful attempts

| I agree with the steps, they sell them at Wal Mart for a pretty good price. I bought some and worked with the pups and they loved the steps. You do have one beautiful pup there..

| Doggie steps will help. If He gets used to using doggie steps they may save some wear and tear on his "knees" and other leg joints by not having the impact/jolt of his 11 lbs hitting the floor. Have you tried tempting him with a treat? Throw it up on the couch and see if he figures out how to jump or "climb" to get the treat. I cringe when Zack and Zeke go leaping off our pillow mattress. It's so high off the floor that DW's feet do not touch the tiles but then she's only 5'2". Strange, I do not any problems at 6'3" (hehe).

| He's so cute with one ear up and one ear down! LOL Perhaps a non-slip rug will help him "bounce off" the floor to get some air under him! (but yes, Goggie Steps are the best!)
