I was very proud of Eddie today. After finishing ahead of 15 animals last week, he went head-to-head with the finalists today and finished 2nd. He won a ton of toys and gift certificates.

Congrats Eddie you are a star!! You did an awesome job with all those people around you and all the different noises and distractions...it's not easy to be focused and do all your great tricks.

Mike you can tell by the video how much Eddie loves you and how well he listens to your commands..he watches your every move.

WTG EDDIE!!! I CAN'T believe he didn't WIN!!! Mike, he's SO GOOD! And he just learned that paw trick didn't he? He's one smart little guy! Well, in OUR eyes, Eddie is a STAR~ tell him when he's ready for his big screen debut, he can stay at "Chateau Max"

Yeah, I was quite proud of him for learning the paw trick in a week. I was hoping to teach a full limp, but that didn't work.

Thanks for all the props. I think the voting must have been pretty close. The first-place dog was very good. He didn't do anything spectacular, but he didn't make any mistakes, and he was way cute. Another thing that may have figured into it: Twenty percent of the vote was based on fund-raising. People bought votes for 50 cents each. And the winner was one of the top-5 fundraisers.
