| Latest pics of Huck and the new fur baby Hi Everyone! I haven't posted lately, but I do still stop in and lurk pretty often! Anyway..thought some of you might like to see Huck's latest glamour shots. For those of you who "know" us and remember his run in with the horse back in November, I'm happy to report Huck is completely recovered and back to his old self. His hair...well...that's another story! If you remember, the vet shaved his entire muzzle. Huck's hair grows SOOOOO slow. It will be at least a year, before it's back to where it was, but, on the bright side - I've become quite good at doing the yorkie "do". I don't put a top knot in his hair (just can't bring myself to put a bow on a beau! ), and I've yet to find a groomer that knows how to cut a non-bow wearing yorkie's hair correctly, so I'm really happy I can do it myself now! ALSO...in other big news...Huck has a new sister. I've been wanting a female yorkie for quite sometime (I've always been so jealous of all those adorably dolled up girlie girls on this site, with all the cute dreses and matching bows! I've been looking since about this time last year, so it's been a long, long search, but I finally found her. And the crazy thing is, she's not a yorkie! I stumbled upon the most adorable, tiny Shih Tzu and just knew she was the one for me. Despite the fact that she refused to sleep in her bed, choosing to steal Huck's instead (I winded up having to buy him another one), Huck loves her to pieces. But, in typical female fashion, she likes to ignore him most of the time. Here are a few links to some pictures from their latest photo shoot! I just love my little boy and girl fur babies!!! Oh! BTW! Her name is Kiwi! (We have a hedgehog named Artichoke. A hamster named Blackberri. And we have Huckleberry, of course. So we figured we'd stay with the fruits and veggies theme! ) HUCK: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...k/IMG_5493.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...k/IMG_5508.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...k/IMG_5507.jpg KIWI: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...6/IMG_5472.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...i/IMG_5480.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...6/IMG_5474.jpg |
