| My new baby, Duke... I just found this site. I don't actually have my new puppy yet. I have put a deposit on him and he will be ready to come home January 26th. I am so excited. I have never had a Yorkie. My last two dogs were black labs (one of which was 125lbs) This will be quite the change. I have been online reading all that I can about Yorkies. Mine is suppose to be a teacup or tiny, or whatever is the correct term. This photo of him is at 3 weeks old. I can see I will learn a lot from this site and look forward to chatting with everyone. I cannot wait until January 26 !!! (I have already started spoiling him and he's not even here yet) I am not sure how this site works, so I don't know if his photo will show with this post or not. (His name is going to be Duke I think (Duke of Yorkie .... corny , yes I know... a friend suggested that I name him New...) |

| I know, I'm getting so antzy, and I want to go visit him all the time, but I know I'll drive the guy crazy... My son (who is home on leave) thinks I've lost my mind... I was showing him the sweaters and the terry bathrobe that I bought for Duke (not to mention the toys, treats, and other paraphnelia It's like having a new grandbaby coming.. (and my son really flipped out at the bows I bid on on Ebay ) |
