Yorkie cloths pics welcome please!! I have purchased several outfits, carriers, pet purses, pup tents etc for my little babies recently and even before she was 3 days old. I would like to see outfits etc that you have purchased for your furbabies and where you got them from and how much you paid. Some can be quite expensive while others are VERY reasonable. I bought light blue pj's with fur trim and costed like 38.00 then I discovered a very costly way to dress to impress. At the local walmart they have a teddy brear collection of cloths etc to dress teddy bears. They have everything from dresses, skirts, shorts, onsies, hats, bathing suits, boxers, bath robes frilly dresses etc for 8.96 or less. I have found I can alter them to fit my babies. I just bought a cute little Diva skirt and shirt and a black poodle skirt with a picture of a poodle and a light pink collered shirt. I also bought boxers and a fishing outfit for the little boy. These can be adjusted in small ways to fit the size make and model of your furbaby be it male or female. Sometimes you dont even have to alter it at all. Here is a couple pictures of the outfits I just bought Paris. http://www.dogster.com/pix/dogs/05/1...1115044065.jpg

Those are so cute! I never thought Wal-Mart would sell that stuff. I go in and out of Build A Bear all the time! They have really cute bear clothes and I read somewhere on the forum that people actually buy stuff for their pooches there. I saw little booties and stuff, I wonder if it'd fit Fred. Wal-Mart would probably be cheaper but Build A Bear has seasonal outfits, too! For July 4th and stuff. I might go check out Wal Mart! Summer time is around the corner and I want to buy Fred some white t-shirts. lol

Good idea to use bear clothes for our Yorkies. I've found (at least when Yoda was smaller) that doll clothes can fit him as well (the 1 or 2 foot high dolls), and they are definitely cheaper than the "dog clothes" they sell.

Yea the bear cloths do serve multiple purposes. Bear one day, pooch the next lol. I bought a wedding dress and veil for my little Pairis at the pet shop and paid 16.98 for it and found almost the same thing at in the Bear cloths for 8.96. THe bear cloths in my local Walmart do not run over 8.96 for ANY outfit. Some have several pieces, shoes, shirt, shorts hat, shades etc. I am going to buy a few more this week for her, a bathing suit, a bath robe, and a summery dress for the trip. I will have to look for stores with different size bear cloths when she gets older and larger but for now they fit her like a glove. Also I am experimenting with the new sewing machine and hopefully Ill be able to start to make my own real soon. Anyone else attempt to make their own cloths and how did you go about figuring out styles and designs etc??
