| When you first saw your Yorkie did you have any idea what they would look like when grown? I was looking through my picture files today and came across Jo and Riley's puppy pictures and I remember wondering what they would look like as adults. I mean...you can look at some puppies and imagine what they'll look like but who would have thought these scruffy, tiny little things would have turned out so darned adorable?? Providing they list in order, the first 2 should be Jo before and after and the second 2 are Riley. How about yours? |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali is myb 4th Yorkie so I knew when i went to look at her what I was looking for. I told my husband that if she wasn't exactly what I was looking for I wouldn't take her. After we left with putting a deposit on her my husband said I guess she was exactly what you were looking for and I said yea a Yorkie!! She looks different then I thought she would as she has stayed black and her coat is not real silky but she's perfect to me!!

| Thanks ilovelouie...your babies are adorable! Is that Louie in the first picture? He has a very sweet face and I love Bella in her little tee-shirt! Patti...that's exactly what I thought when I got my boys...they were perfect to me. So many people would ask me what kind of dogs they were...I guess because they weren't fat, fluffy little Yorkie puppies...but, they were (and still are) my boys. Ahhh...a mother's love! |

| Yeah, we had $900 cash in out pocket (me and my GF) and we went looking for a yorkie. Found this little animal and that was it. Like I said before, best $900 ever spent. He is a male, 9 lbs ( we are glad he is that size, more of a dog to play with) and we did not aim at a "tea cup Yorkie". Love him to death, little Remus at 2-3 month old and now. |

| Sophie doesn't look anything like I thought she would. Her hair stayed black. I had never seen a yorkie stay black until her and then when I joined yt. All I new was that she was so cute I had to have her.

My furkids Donating Member | I don't have a babie pics of Sadie( I know....I'm a bad Mom!) but she looked like a teeney tiny Rottie!! and the funny thing is...My breeder also breeds Rotties...Sadie does not have a long thick coat. Her coat is very fine and just about 2 in. from the floor.

| Sad but true, when I got Simon as a baby I had NO idea what a yorkie was or what they looked like. I had to do some research. All I knew was that I fell in love with that little puppy face and that was it, it was all over |

| I really had no idea what Jaxon would look like either. He's changed a lot since we got him. All we knew is that he should be 4 to 7 pounds fully grown (he's 4.5!). I just fell in love with his cute little face and couldn't resist. I had only been looking for a short time when I knew that he was the one.

| Bomber has changed quite a bit since I got him at 12 wks old. Here he is as a baby, and now. The last picture is of my little girl, Roxie - at 12 wks old. She is 9 months old now - and still quite dark (black). Here face has changed a bit and she is getting some gold around the face and neck. I have to snap some new pictures which I will post soon. Leslie Editing to say that my files are too large. Will try to reduce them and post again later. Thanks. Last edited by Bombers Mom; 08-11-2006 at 08:47 AM. |
