| 1st time at the groomers! I took Brutus to the groomer for the 1st time yesterday and I was sooooo nervous! I made a list of what I wanted done and gave it her and I'm happy to say she did everything I asked and didn't screw it up! She took so much hair out of his ears and it looks a little weird to me but all in all I'm happy with it. Imagine a good experience at the groomers! We really weren't feeling that blue bow though! I don't think he liked it either!

| WOW he is a handsom lad!!!!! He looks gorgeous and his coat is so shiny! I"m getting ready to take my dog for her first haircut too. What did you ask for exactly? I'm nervous and your dog is so beautiful - maybe Laila would look good in a haircut like Brutus! Thanks for sharing your handsom boy with us!

Shave top 1/3 of ears, trim ear shape and pluck inside ears Clean between eyes. (Don't touch under eyes) Trim paw pads and shape top of paws Cut nails Trim around butt and stomach. (Sanitary cut) Trim up an scraggly hair on face, legs and body *Leave topknot, tail and body hair long* She must have thought I was nuts but this was typed out and we went over it before I left. I think she knew if she messed up I'd have to mess her up! One thing my husband wasn't happy with his beard. He thinks they cut too much off and I do too but it's more even now and hopefully grows in nice.
