Our favorite spot on the beach here in town is where Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island meet.....at Breach Inlet. Sometimes, the tide is down so low that it seems like you could wade from one island to another! (But the riptide is really bad and swimming is a BAD idea. They fine you $500 if you swim here.) Of course we don't swim in January anyway, haha.

When the tide is low, THIS is the spot to "treasure hunt". We've found horseshoe crabs, starfish, and many different kinds of shells. And where there's a treasure hunt for us, there is an endless and intriguing number of smells for Sully to investigate!

Here are a few more. The sky was just storybook-beautiful that day!

I just wish you could have seen Sully! He was a little trooper! He chased Sea Gulls and sandpipers and little crabs and anything that blew across the sand he would pounce on! I haven't seen him more excited in a week! LOL.

Hahahaha, yes, actually! Sully's a great photographer too, haven't I told you?

J/k. We had friends in town so we were "showing them around". On any other day I think we wouldn't have gone out there b/c of the wind. It was mean in my ears, eesh! (I'm weird about my ears though.) Not that Breach Inlet is far away....it's like 4mi. from our condo!

Great pic's. and Yes it looks quite windy, the one of you guys looks like you are skydiving!

I must say it definatley takes me back to when I lived on Kiawah Island,for awhile, it is beautiful there.

How about that show on, where they buy houses alot and remodel them and sell them~ most of it takes place on James Island.. can't remember the name of the show,, " Sell this house " I think..Love that show.

YES that's here! I've only heard stories and read about it, though....never actually been over to James Island to see. I mean it's not far, just over the bridges but hmm maybe one day.

Maybe one day they'll come to Mt. Pleasant and build ME a house! LOL.

You shouldn't have told us that you had friends with you.....just let everybody think Sully took the pictures. After all, he IS the Wonderdog!

And after seeing Sully's video of all his cool tricks, I might've believed you if you said he took the pic!! LOL!!
