Christmas morning pics. This was Sophie's first Christmas with us and we didn't know how she would react or if she would try to open her presents. Well let's just say she made my Christmas. My husband showed her the squeaky toy we had wrapped and when he squeaked it she went into it. Then my husband was showing her how to take the paper off and she took off with the present. Too funny. She took the package to the chair and finished unwrapping it. Then we showed her the stocking and she stuck her head down in it trying to get the toys out. Each time she got something out she headed for the chair to play with it for a few minutes before she would get anything else. She was as excited as a little kid. She got four toys and a pack of princess hairbands with little crowns on them. Pic1: running with the present Pic2: finally got it open Pic3: wanting the pig out of that stocking Pic4: head in stocking

These Yorkie kids are way too entertaining. We had our tree in the living room and made the critters, all 10 of them, stay in the family room. Well, when I told my hooman kids I didn't get presents for my furkids, did I ever get my come-uppance. Whisper came with her family and she opened her presents but also had a go with their Sheltie, Maggie's gifts.. I love seeing the pics of Yorkies acting just like our kids. Thanx for sharing

How cute! She looks so happy! Glad that she had a good Christmas. Also wanted to say that I LOVE Sophie's colors. Although I love all the colors of yorkies and have a bit of both myself, I am a huge admirer of darker coats.
