| Benny and his Bully Stick I ordered more bully sticks for my three little piggies, just got them in today. I bought the bigger ones for Jilly my maltese. She's my power chewer. Benny decided he wanted the big ones too! After all chihuahua's think they are big doggies! LOL http://i894.photobucket.com/albums/a...386695181b.jpg |

YT 2000 Club Member | Where do you get the Bully Sticks? Do you order them or does pet stores like Petco or Petsmart have them? My Teeka is a chewer and love rawhide bone, but I have to watch her so close!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That picture is adorable, I love it! To Deb1, I always recommend Merrick bully sticks, they have never had a recall on their bully sticks, they are made in this country and they aren't soft like some sticks, so it makes a better chew stick. They are smelly, but not super smelly like Red Barn sticks. Be careful of any that don't say specifically where they were made. Sometimes the cows come from USA or other places, but are made in China, and since the sticks have no preservatives, it's very important how they are dried. I buy mine over the internet.

| I also only buy Usa made Bully. And give supervised chew. At least if there happens to be a recall they will pull them. Not like some of the Chinese made ones they keep selling. I also get the large ones because use can save a little but I cut them down to ~6" and throw them away when they get small. ~ Under 3" |

YT Addict | Are the Bully Sticks digestible? I noticed after Maggie and Bogey had chewed on them and they dried out there were hard strings sticking out. I cut them off before giving them to them again but it concerned me that they might cause intestinal problems. Do they stay soft when passing through? I ended up throwing them away but I'll get more if they are safe. They loved them and I would love to let them have them again.

| Oh, my, Mary, that is one of the cutest, funniest pix I've ever seen. That itty-bitty boy with that big, looooonnng bully stick in his firm possession and that don't-you-dare look in his eyes for anyone who might consider trying to share it with him!!! LOL.
