| Maddie and the Marmot Maddie and I have both had a major case of the blahs lately. I can handle feeling down, but can't stand to see my Maddie depressed, so, today I gave her her Marmot that I ordered her for Christmas! She is nuts over it! First of all she was kind of scared of it and barked and kicked her back legs a lot. She has played nonstop for the last few hours with it! Only thing bad is she barks and barks while playing with it which may well drive me to drink. LOL Anyway, giving Maddie this toy has been good for both of us! I've laughed so much at her being wild and crazy with her grunting marmot! Here's video clips... http://jusspress.com/day.php?userid=...entTime=020528 |

| LOL That is sooo cute! I love her little dress and the way she looks up at you every so often as if she were saying "Mom, what is this? Why are you just standing there?" haha. That is too adorable! |

| That is the cutest toy, where oh where did you get it? I agree with you I have had the holiday blahs too and there is nothing like a barking, silly, playing baby to cheer you up! I watched those videos over and over, she is such a baby doll! Merry Christmas little Maddie and Mama too! |

| Good golly miss molly...Maddie is still going at it with that Marmot! She should sleep good tonight! I just can't believe how she came to life over that! She's just seemed so sad lately and not much spunk. I'm so glad I gave it to her early...I don't think she'll ever tire of this toy! I forgot to mention in the earlier post that the chirping you hear in the background is not the toy, but my birds. The toy does squeak and grunt and rattle though and you probably heard that also. Simon and Hallie's mom...I first heard about this toy...and also the grunting rat, under fun & toys and followed the link to get one, but they were out of stock and were for quite some time, so I did a search and found another place that has them and they did super fast shipping too! | Well, the poor marmot is now in the closet. Last night the little shredder chewed a hole in his back, so I need to sew him up. I wish she wouldn't do that!!! |
