My new Puppy!!! Hey everyone I am new to this site... I just got my yorkie on sunday! He is 7-Weeks old. His first night at home went actually smooth. He seems to be eating ok. But tonight he seems to not wanna eat just get curious and run around the house. He has gotten his shots and he has been having low blood sugar, he seems to be alright. I guess I'm just a little scared about him not eating much, he nibbles every once in awhile, I mean he is still going the bathroom so i am sure he is eating enough. His name is Maximus! So hope to be on here seeing everyone's cute little yorkies!!!

yes I do I have been giving this to him, he seems to be doing fine, i think maybe from the stress of a new place he isn't eating to much, but he is very playful and barking at our feet all the time he is sooo silly!!!

Welcome to YT. Maximus is so cute and adorable. He is kind of young so is very important that he eats. Please give him some nutrical and keep and eye on him. He looks so cuddly like a teddy bear, too cute. Cant wait to see more pics.

Hi, welcome. Call your breeder and ask the questions you need answers to. I am not being mean, but a breeder has the responsibility to go over EVERYTHING when they sell such a young puppy. What if something happened during the night when you need aanswer quickly and no one is on here. You should be able to get in touch with the breeder by a single phone call. Now that you have had your puppy for a while you have a better idea about what info you need. Write a list and ask the breeder and write down what they tell you...That way you know you are getting info about your specific puppy...Good Luck with your baby..

yeah, I have kept in touch with her, she told me to give him the stuff every 4 hours when needed and i have talked to a vet, and i have definitely kept a close eye on him, i make sure everytime he goes to his bowl he is eating, he seems to be very playful and not sluggish at all. so i am happy with that

I feel like I owe you an apology..I said some things to you that I would have liked to say to your breeder who should never have let a baby go at such an early age. You already love that baby and that is important. And, I am sure you already know how hard it is to strike a happy balance with these little babies... Will you call him Maximus or Max?? I like both names..

Max is adorable! I think we are all concerned b/c he is sooo young. I didn't get my baby until she was 12 weeks old. It's good that he is happy and active, just don't let him get overtired. I got shelby to eat dry kibble by dipping it in Nutrical. When I first got her I was happy if she would eat 5 pieces! good luck and kisses to your new baby.
